"I have been with State Farm for 17 years. All was going good until they changed their computer system. I have been trying since Nov. to get a copy of my policy mailed to me. They say ok we will send it to you. Didn’t receive anything. Trying to get ID cards, they say they mailed them but I never received them. They claimed they were unable to email to me. I was told that on Jan. 21st they were to send me a copy of my policy showing all my vehicles on one policy instead of being on split policies. As of today I have not received them. I cancelled all my policies with them. Today I received cancellation notice on 2 of my vehicles and I have 3. Still no policy received and no cancellation notice for 3rd vehicle. It made me nervous as they would not send me what I asked for. CJ in the office was a nice man it seems like he just couldn’t get me everything I asked for after assuring me it will be mailed. I found a policy $50.00 cheaper than what my premium was with state farm and my vehicles are on the same policy State farm just got a little sloppy and I did not trust them because of all the confusion and not getting me the paperwork I asked for. What a shame it seems like this agency is going down hill fast. Just think before you agree to a policy with them"

"Mark McBride has been the most helpful agent. I came from California and got referred to him from a relative about 4 years ago. Being from California, it is normal to deal with big corporations and passed around to random agents within that corporation during the lengthof your policy. Moving here and actually having an agent that is local and not online or overseas is something worth bragging about. It brings it down to a personal level. It is so nice to call in about changes or questions to our policy and Mark actually knows your story and how to best accommodate you. His expertise was most helpful when we had a house fire. He helped us through every step of that process, and served as a liaison between us, corporate, and the 3rd party vendors we were juggling. It was really nice to have someone to guide you through the storm and speak on your behalf when your world is crumbling down around you.
